As a language, the study of french requires daily practice. Students are therefore encouraged to learn and engage in french conversation among themselves. Students are advised to read the text books on their own, apply the techniques for official letter writing to write letters in the topic given during lectures and tutorial. Students are encouraged to learn french grammar by reading Grammar books and attempt various grammar exercises proposed below.

Students must listen to RFI (Radio France International), a French radio. Students can also watch TV5, a French television channel to boost the oral and written expressions.
