This is a four semester programme; however students may take up to six semesters to complete.
The programme is aimed at business and public sector managers. It provides skills beyond the traditional classroom experience, a new way of thinking on employee development, retention and to drive employee engagement and business performance.
The programme focuses on the qualities and skills required for the executive student to achieve success as a Strategic HR Manager.
The executive students’ experience is further enhanced through global travelling, interaction with experienced lecturers and international students in a form of conferences, seminars and workshops.
