    The International Programmes Office (IPO) is pleased to invite applications from academic staff of the University of Ghana for a seven (7)-day Teaching Staff Mobility under the Erasmus+ KA171 Programme at the Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS), Malta, scheduled to take place in May 2026.

    About the Teaching Mobility

    The teaching stay will focus on the theme: “Use of varied pedagogical practices to facilitate teaching–learning in the classroom according to learner-type profiles and preferences, using inductive and deductive approaches.”

    The programme will explore inclusive pedagogical strategies that address diverse learner profiles, including students with additional learning needs, and will also be relevant to administrative staff involved in academic communication, reporting, and presentations. Participants will engage with ITS staff who have extensive experience working with international students, including in sub-Saharan Africa, and will contribute to mutual knowledge exchange and capacity building.
