Overseeing IT at the International Programmes Office, Joshua also serves as a liaison with the Information Technology Directorate (ITD). He maintains the office's technological infrastructure, ensures its smooth operation, and designs innovative IT solutions to support office functions. In addition, he provides logistical support as part of his role.

Joshua holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ghana. He also serves as a Resident Assistant at the International Students' Hostel, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment for international students.
