Room Number: Room G1.1Mrs. Rosemary Tagoe joined the University of Ghana in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant and rose to the position of Principal Administrative Assistant. She has enormous skills and knowledge in management, administration, office management, organizational behaviour, compliance and governance. Her competence in organizational ethics and procedures enabled her to diligently and effectively serve four successive Pro Vice-Chancellors for 12 years.
She had a close working relationship with students, including international students, helping the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (ASA) to resolve students’ challenges.
As a Coordinator of the Study Abroad Office, she coordinates the University’s Student Exchange/Study Abroad Programmes; assist with the preparation and/ or studying and editing agreement documents before submission for endorsement; coordinates events and visiting delegations from other institutions and other related administrative duties assigned.
She brings on board in-depth managerial knowledge, practice and procedures in the University and excellent interpersonal skills to help the Office achieve its objectives. She looks forward to leveraging on her competencies to assist the Office provide a delightful and welcoming experience to stakeholders and clients.
Mrs. Rosemary Tagoe holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Governance from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast. She also has HND in Secretaryship and Management Studies from the Takoradi Technical University.
